Information we collect

• •Account information. You sign in with Discord. We receive and store your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email address to create and identify your account.
• •Content you upload. Combat logs you upload contain in-game data — character names, encounter performance, gear, and related raid statistics. We process and store this to produce your analysis.
• •Billing information. Paid plans are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details; we store only your plan, subscription status, and the Stripe customer/subscription identifiers.
• •Integrations you connect. If you connect a Discord channel for report posting, we store the incoming-webhook URL you authorize.
• •Technical & usage data. Standard server logs and operational telemetry (request timing, errors, and similar diagnostics) used to run and improve the service. A single session cookie keeps you signed in.

How we use your information

• •Provide, maintain, and improve the analysis and features.
• •Authenticate you and secure your account and workspace.
• •Process subscriptions and manage billing.
• •Post reports to a Discord channel only when you connect one and request it.
• •Diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How we share information

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Ascendry:

• •Discord — for sign-in, and (if you connect it) posting reports.
• •Stripe — to process payments and manage subscriptions.
• •Microsoft Azure — cloud storage for uploaded logs retained for re-processing.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Ascendry and its users. Operational telemetry is kept on infrastructure we control.

Data retention

Lightweight season data (grades, trends, per-boss summaries) is retained for as long as your account or workspace exists. On the free plan, the heavy per-fight detail (timelines, highlights, gear detail) is retained for 60 days; paid plans retain full history. When you delete a log, its data is removed from the store. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize the personal data associated with it, except where we must keep records (e.g. billing) to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Your choices and rights

• •Access & deletion. You can delete individual logs at any time. To access, export, or delete the rest of your account data, contact us at solutionbytes@outlook.com.
• •Disconnect integrations. You can disconnect a Discord channel from a raid group at any time, which removes the stored webhook.
• •Billing. Manage or cancel a subscription anytime via the billing portal.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data (such as access, correction, deletion, or portability). We honor valid requests — reach us at solutionbytes@outlook.com.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including scoped access and encrypted transport. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children

Ascendry is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we’ll provide additional notice.
